Nicole
Practice Manager of Operations
A native of the Grand Canyon State, Nicole has dedicated her life to dentistry for over 14 years. She enjoys working with Dr. Schmidt to ensure a consistently seamless, comfortable, and hassle-free experience for the patients we serve and our fellow team members. Nicole is the “glue” that holds the practice together, overseeing all aspects of operations.
Nicole takes a genuine interest in getting to know each patient personally, guiding them through every step of their dental care journey. Her natural ability to connect with people fosters strong patient relationships and promotes a collaborative, harmonious atmosphere within the office.
Outside of the Office
When she’s not at the office, Nicole loves spending time with her family and their energetic Yorkie. As a full-on sports mom, you’ll often find her cheering from the sidelines, supporting her kids in all their activities. Whether it’s game day excitement or family time at home, she brings the same enthusiasm and heart to life outside the office as she does to her work.
Colleen
Registered Dental Hygienist
For more than a decade, Colleen has been making dental cleaning fun for patients. She combines her exuberant personality with uncompromising attention to detail. It is a true joy for her to combine these skills and passions to support the optimal health of her patients, whom she values as friends.
There is power in Colleen’s services; she provides value that lasts beyond the day of service or cleaning. She truly appreciates being able to educate her patients on better ways to take care of their mouths. Aside from patient interactions, she also loves interacting with her colleagues, and we hope this happiness shows when you visit us!
Beyond Work
Colleen is married to her best friend, Nick. Together, they have three kids–Peyton, Connor, and Kian. She recently welcomed the newest member of their family, Ted, an Irish Doodle. Ted has brought so much joy to the household with his surprisingly easygoing nature (even as a puppy!).
Caleigh
Registered Dental Hygienist
For Caleigh, making patients feel comfortable and building genuine relationships are always top priorities. She loves helping patients feel at ease in the dental chair while giving them the knowledge and tools they need to keep their smiles healthy. Her goal is to make every visit a positive experience—from start to finish.
Originally from Wyoming, she began her dental career after graduating from dental assisting school in Arizona in 2022. Her passion for patient care inspired her to continue her education, earning her dental hygiene degree in 2024. She’s excited to combine her clinical skills with her caring personality to make a lasting impact on her patients’ oral health.
Balancing Work and Play
Outside the office, Caleigh enjoys an active lifestyle—whether she’s playing or watching sports (go Bills!), hitting the pickleball court, or spending time on the golf course. She’s married to her best friend, Aaron, and together they love spending time outdoors and cheering on their favorite teams.

After more than 20 remarkable years in dental hygiene — including over six years as a cherished member of the Parkview Dental family — we are honored to celebrate Javier’s well-deserved retirement. Known for his gentle approach, extensive expertise, and genuine care for every patient, Javier has built countless lasting relationships within our community.
His friendly smile, calming presence, and unwavering commitment to exceptional care made every visit more comfortable and helped every patient feel like family. While we will deeply miss his presence in the office, we are excited for this next chapter in his life.
